Pingotel is free because we believe simple booking software for small hospitality businesses should not be expensive.
Most traditional property management systems charge based on the number of rooms, units, or properties.
We think that model does not work well for small operators, especially when they manage low-priced or seasonal inventory such as glamping tents, RV spots, small hostels, cabins, coworking desks, or parking spaces.
We built Pingotel to be simple, self-service, and modern from the beginning, which allows us to keep the core product free.

No. Pingotel does not currently support offline credit card payments or POS functionality.
If you need to accept credit cards in person, we recommend using a separate payment tool such as SumUp, Stripe Terminal, or another local payment provider.
Yes. Pingotel can be used for any service that is sold or rented per day or per night.
For example, you can use it for bike rentals, coworking desks, RV rentals, parking spots, cabins, glamping tents, or other inventory that is booked by date.
You can create unlimited rooms, units, or rentable items on the free plan.
We do not believe the number of rooms or units should be something small operators are forced to pay for.
Of course. You can export your data at any time.
This is useful if you want to analyze your bookings in another tool, keep your own records, or migrate to a different PMS in the future.
Your data should not be locked inside Pingotel.
Yes. Pingotel allows you to create discounts.

At the moment, Pingotel supports one user per account.
Many users create a shared email address specifically for Pingotel, so multiple team members can access bookings through the same login.Multi-user access may be added in the future, but it is not currently available.
Pingotel makes money from optional paid add-ons.
The core booking system is free. You can use it to manage your rooms, units, bookings, pricing, seasons, discounts, and direct booking flow without paying a subscription.
In the future, we may charge small fees for optional features such as payments, advanced integrations, or other add-ons that are not required for basic booking management.
Pingotel PMS was started by hospitality entrepreneur Peter Fabor and software developer Daniel Gavrilov.
Peter has operated his own guesthouse, coliving space, coworking space, and Airbnb apartments. Daniel is a full-time digital nomad who lives full-time in colivings and Airbnb apartments.
